Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "75bt", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 75bt platform, its operators, and its affiliated entities responsible for providing the service accessible at https://75bt.io.
• "Platform" means the 75bt website, mobile-optimised interface, game lobbies, sportsbook, and all associated services available at https://75bt.io and its subdomains.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered a 75bt account or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created through the 75bt registration process, through which the Player accesses the Platform's services.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their 75bt account using an accepted payment method, available for wagering and withdrawal subject to these Terms.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits granted by 75bt to a Player's account, subject to wagering requirements and the conditions set out in Section 7 of these Terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Balance or bonus-derived winnings must be staked on eligible games before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process 75bt uses to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership in accordance with platform policy.
• "Accepted Payment Methods" means bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — the mobile financial services through which 75bt currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which player balances and transaction amounts are denominated on the 75bt platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 75bt Platform in any manner — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 75bt Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease accessing or using the Platform and, if you hold a 75bt account, contact support at [email protected] to request account closure.

75bt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where amendments are material, 75bt will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or on-platform notification.

Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The 75bt Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you declare and warrant that you are at least 21 years old at the time of registration. 75bt reserves the right to request identity documentation to verify age at any point, and to suspend or permanently close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

3.2 Territorial Eligibility

The 75bt Platform is designed and operated to serve players based in Bangladesh. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online casino and sports betting activity is not explicitly prohibited for personal use. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your specific location. 75bt does not accept liability for any Player who accesses the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one registered 75bt account only. Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or through any other means — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.4 Self-Exclusion

Individuals who have previously requested self-exclusion from the 75bt Platform are not eligible to register a new account during the period of self-exclusion. Circumventing a self-exclusion by re-registering under different details is a breach of these Terms.

Account Registration

4.1 Registration Information

When registering a 75bt account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. The provision of false, incomplete, or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

75bt operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit supporting documentation at registration or at any time thereafter, including:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within three months);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account confirming your registered mobile number).

Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed. 75bt reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending KYC completion.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 75bt account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. 75bt will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your sole responsibility unless you notify 75bt of unauthorised access immediately upon becoming aware of it.

4.4 Account Currency

All 75bt accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All balances, transactions, wagering requirements, bonus amounts, and limits referenced on the Platform are expressed in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

75bt currently accepts deposits via the following Bangladeshi mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. 75bt reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time, with reasonable notice provided to Players where practicable.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to the limits of the selected payment method and any account-level limits applied by 75bt following risk assessment. Players may contact support to discuss account-level deposit limits.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the Player's 75bt Real Money Balance in real time or within a short processing window. 75bt does not impose a fee on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply transaction charges in accordance with their own fee schedule, for which 75bt accepts no responsibility.

5.4 Player Funds

Player funds held in 75bt accounts are maintained separately from operational funds. Deposits are held for the exclusive purpose of funding player wagers and processing player withdrawals. 75bt does not use player funds for operational expenses.

Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players whose accounts have completed KYC verification and whose Real Money Balance meets or exceeds the minimum withdrawal threshold. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a payment method registered in the Player's own name and verified through KYC.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.3 Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours of submission in standard cases. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays in Bangladesh, or where additional verification is required. 75bt will communicate any expected delays to the Player via email or on-platform notification.

6.4 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• All active wagering requirements attached to any Bonus Balance must be satisfied in full before withdrawal of the corresponding bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• 75bt reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above a threshold determined by 75bt's risk management procedures.
• Withdrawal of funds derived from suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or technical errors will be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited in full if a breach of these Terms is confirmed.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 75bt are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as these general bonus conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game list will be stated in the promotion terms. Players must wager the required amount on eligible games within the stated time limit for the wagering requirement to be deemed satisfied.

7.3 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally to the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Slots: 100% contribution per ৳1 wagered;
• Live casino table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10% contribution;
• Crash games (Aviator, Spaceman, JetX): 10% contribution;
• Sports betting: 100% contribution on single bets with minimum odds of 1.50;
• Progressive jackpot slots: 0% contribution.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

75bt employs automated and manual systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting low-edge games to meet wagering requirements, using two or more accounts to claim the same bonus, and systematic bet hedging to reduce risk during bonus wagering. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, 75bt reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds and associated winnings and to suspend or permanently close the account.

7.5 Seasonal Promotions

75bt runs seasonal promotions aligned to the Bangladeshi calendar, including promotions during the BPL cricket season, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Independence Day, and Victory Day. Specific terms for each seasonal promotion will be published on the 75bt Platform at the time of the promotion and will supplement these general bonus conditions.

Gameplay Rules

8.1 Game Availability

The availability of specific games, betting markets, and live casino tables on the 75bt Platform may vary at any time due to maintenance, provider licensing, regulatory requirements, or operational decisions made by 75bt or its game suppliers. 75bt does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game or market.

8.2 Certified RNG and Live Dealer Integrity

All slot and virtual game titles on the 75bt Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited by the relevant game provider. All live casino tables are operated by licensed live dealer studios — including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi — whose game integrity and Return-to-Player (RTP) rates are certified by their respective regulatory bodies. 75bt does not modify game outcomes.

8.3 Void Bets and Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest pricing error that results in a bet being accepted at incorrect odds or a game producing an erroneous outcome, 75bt reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and refund the staked amount to the Player's Real Money Balance. Winnings derived from a clearly erroneous outcome will not be paid and may be withheld pending investigation.

8.4 Sports Betting Markets

Sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other markets offered by 75bt, are subject to specific market rules published in the 75bt sportsbook. In the event of a dispute regarding a settled bet, the official result as recognised by the relevant governing body — including the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) for domestic cricket — shall be the determining reference.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 75bt Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or under a false identity;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC documentation;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the Platform;
• Using software, bots, algorithms, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate winnings beyond what would be expected under normal gameplay conditions;
• Colluding with other Players or with 75bt staff to influence game outcomes;
• Placing bets on behalf of another person using your own account (proxy betting);
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name to fund your 75bt account;
• Engaging in any conduct that 75bt reasonably determines to be abusive, harassing, or threatening towards Platform staff or other Players.

Account Suspension & Termination

10.1 Suspension by 75bt

75bt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 75bt reasonably believes that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• The Player has provided false registration or KYC information;
• The account holder is under 21 years of age;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to the safety of other Players.

10.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request the closure of their 75bt account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, 75bt will process any eligible withdrawal of the Real Money Balance to the Player's verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing period, provided all KYC and Terms conditions are satisfied.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure or termination for any reason, any Bonus Balance held in the account will be forfeited in full. Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player subject to 75bt's verification procedures, except where forfeiture is warranted under Section 9 (Prohibited Conduct) or applicable law.

75bt collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at https://75bt.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a 75bt account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

75bt implements industry-standard SSL encryption on all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used exclusively for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and the provision of the 75bt service. 75bt does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Responsible Gaming

75bt is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its player base across Bangladesh. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from the Player's account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss amount per day, week, or month, after which betting will be suspended for the remainder of the period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe their gambling is causing harm may request self-exclusion for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed by the support team and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 75bt.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 75bt, its operators, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a Player's own breach of these Terms;
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any kind, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of goodwill;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond 75bt's reasonable control;
• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of odds, statistics, or market information published on the Platform's sportsbook;
• Losses resulting from the Player's use of an unsecured or shared device or internet connection.

Nothing in these Terms limits 75bt's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

75bt reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When amendments are made, the revised Terms will be published at https://75bt.io/terms-conditions with an updated effective date. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects Player rights or obligations — 75bt will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the email address associated with their account at least 7 days prior to the amendment taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure prior to the amendment's effective date.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any dispute arising from the interpretation of these Terms, the English-language version shall be the authoritative text.

Players are responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable to them in their specific location. 75bt makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside of its intended market.
